Humanity is our weakness and at the same time a great strength. We will not repeat here the sentence that usually sounds on most similar sites – „I had a wedding, I enjoyed it and I decided that I want to make a living from it.“ The first idea about coordinating weddings arose long before that. However, as quickly as it came, it left. Zero experience, fear of lack of demand, lack of self-confidence. It’s just the fact that we organized all the school events at the base (yes, we’ve known each other for a really long time) didn’t feel like the right experience.
And so 10 years later, with increasing wrinkles and occasional gray hair, life and professional experiences and a huge dose of patience (we salute our children) here we are. Our team is ready to change stereotypical views of weddings. You won’t hear from us the sentence „it should be done this way“, but on the contrary „do you want it like this?“. We are your new confidence that will guide you and at the same time lead you to your dream wedding.

Bára Špinlerová
When Bára puts her mind onto something, she is almost unstoppable. When she gets excited about something, she’s like a torpedo with an extra propeller. Multitasking is her strongest point along with discipline and determination. Although Bara’s job positions were never focused on events, she anyway always got to them and ended up being one of the main organizers. Whether it concerns company events (for 250 people or more), children’s days or various sports weekends. But don’t worry, Bára also has experience with weddings. And not in a small way. In addition to her own wedding, she organized several others where she was a witness and did not have the heart to let the brides flounder. And at the same time with her husband (btw, with whom they have been together since 2009 – oh true love exists!) she was at countless weddings as his second cameraman or assistant at hand and head of ideas for interesting and funny shots.

Lucie Roncal
Tell Lucie that something is not going to work or that she can’t handle something and she will definitely prove you wrong. She never gives up. Her annual trip to the USA stretched on for quite a few years. At the moment when she was in one of the most difficult situations in her life, she had nowhere to live, no one to turn to and she was all alone, she could pack it up and return home. Still, she gritted her teeth and stayed. It ended up being one of the best decisions she has ever made. Crisis situations are therefore no stranger to her and she can solve them in such a way that no one even notices that there were any. Her experience in large corporate companies has taught her readiness, insight and precision. Lucie will take care of every penny in your budget. She will ensure that all suppliers are at their places at the right time and have all the information available. In addition, you will simply fall in love with her taste, sense of design and decoration. She has had her own international wedding with a foreigner, so she will give you first-hand experience of all that it entails.

wedding coordination
It is possible to plan your own wedding. However, coordinating it so that you can enjoy it at the same time is not that easy. We believe that a wedding is an event for family and friends, and everyone you invite should be with you and not stress about the organization. Your witnesses are probably the ones closest to you, and their main job should be to support you and bring you peace. We are here as a neutral person whom you can entrust with any tasks without feeling uncomfortable. Enjoy your day exactly as you dreamed. We always coordinate with at least two people.
WEDDING CEREMONY COORDINATION
- 2 meetings before the wedding
- 4 hours of coordination (2 hours before the ceremony, 1 hour of the ceremony and congratulations, transition to the ceremonial lunch together with all the customs you will want)
- coordination of suppliers (officiant, ceremony music, florist, location)

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
- 2-3 meetings before the wedding
- 10 hours of wedding day coordination
- welcoming and accommodation of guests
- coordination of guests during the ceremony and their subsequent transfer to the banquet
- assistance to the photographer – group photography, newlywed photography
- organization of games and entertainment as agreed

CUSTOM WEDDING
your wedding in Czech republic can´t be easier
We are a wedding agency, not a construction company, that’s why we offer you a tailor-made wedding, not a „turnkey wedding“. We don’t think that weddings can be included in certain packages that you choose from, but the day should be all about you. And every person in the world is an original. Therefore, even your wedding, tailored to you and your needs, will be original. Your chosen ones, i.e. your wedding guests, are going to have fun and enjoy the day with you, so YOU come FIRST.
INDIVIDUAL MEETINGS
Personal and online meetings aimed at understanding and fulfilling the wishes of the betrothed.
PRE-WEDDING PREPARATIONS
Venue selection, communication and ordering of suppliers, including cameramen, photographers, caterers, musicians, scheduling and cooperation with authorities.
DECORATION OF THE SPACE
Decorating the entire area (ceremony, wedding tables, party).
The possibility of sweet and salty corners, a photo corner and a relaxation zone for guests (chill zone, gentlemen bar, ladies bar and others)-.
Printed materials: wedding invitations, name tags, welcome boards, schedule, menu, drink list, information signs, coloring pages for children and more as desired.
COORDINATION AND FUN
Ensuring smooth running, coordination of the ceremony, cooperation with suppliers and the registry office, assistance with wedding traditions and activities.
An extensive range of organized and unorganized games to diversify and entertain the wedding day.
POST-WEDDING ASSISTANCE
The day after the wedding should be a day full of rest, contemplation and recollection of the past event. With us, you don’t have to spend it frantically removing the installed lights. We will remove all decorations – or „what we bring, we take away“.
